Oh how this Ian of ours loves shoes!

Father's Day

In the spirit of Father's Day, I ensured my three boys wore matching ties to church.
They looked adorable.

Briggs loved his tie and didn't bother it once.
Ian on the other hand sat patiently while you put it on, and then quickly yanked it off. Fortunately he let us take a picture and even left it on for the first hour and a half or so of church. We'll take it.

{How Jesse likes to spend Father's Day.}

We are so grateful for Jesse and his wonderful example of fatherhood.
He leads our family and works hard to protect and provide for us.
He's also pretty great at reading stories, tickling, giving kisses, wrestling, and so much more.

We love you!

My Boys

I love snuggling with my boys and watching movies.
Of course most of the time I have to bribe them with milk to stay with me for longer than 10 seconds.
But I'll take what I can get!

Things I Love: Kohl's

Have I mentioned how much I love Kohl's?
Well I do. A lot.
I should probably be a spokesperson for them.
{But let's be clear, I'm currently not.}

I love being able to stack Kohl's cash with my coupons. I can't hardly shop anywhere else because then I actually have to pay what is on the price tag!

And if I got a dollar for how many times people ask me where I got something and I said Kohl's, I'd have enough for another Kohl's trip! :)

This particular shopping trip was rather rewarding.

I had received belated birthday Kohl's cash, as well as rewards money from a few different things, plus 20% off, so of course I went off to Kohl's because, come on, free money!

And thanks to Kohl's I spent all of $21 for my stash.

So yes. I love Kohl's.

Overalls

You can't help but smile when you see kids in overalls.
Too bad my kids don't cooperate enough to get very good pictures.
Also, I need to buy a backdrop. And something cute for them to sit on.
That's on my list of future purchases.

In the meantime we deal with only OK pictures with bad lighting, awkward surrounds, and occasional smiles.

Oh and they got haircuts yesterday so between that and extremely blonde hair they look bald! haha.

I guess he's showing him where his belly button is??

{Dad poked his head over the wall at the boys}

{At the attempt of finding a better background, I tried this. Briggs wasn't overly impressed.}

A Need to Snuggle

Briggs seriously just has a need to snuggle something.
The other day it was a finger puppet.

I almost died laughing.
How did he even think to snuggle that tiny thing?

And then he moved onto stuffed animals.

Two to be exact.

And then, after he nearly face planted between the ottoman and the chair, he crawled up and sat right in Ian's lap.

He just loves his brother so much and has to be close to him.

And luckily Ian doesn't seem to mind one bit.

I love that they're buddies!
