Taryn the BYU Graduate!

Have I mentioned lately how much we love my brother's wife Taryn?
Well we do.
A lot.

And she just graduated (in April) from BYU so of course we journeyed down to Provo to celebrate her big day.
And lucky (or not so lucky) for her, I'm a little obsessed with taking pictures, so now she has over 250 pictures of her graduation day!

As a side note, my mother and I have done it again and shown up for an event in the exact same color of outfit. Can't take us anywhere together...

Plus we saw these adorable baby ducks! They just topped off the day!

Congrats again Taryn! We Love You!!

St. George

Every now and then I randomly get a few days off work in a row and I force Jesse to drive our family (since I'm coming off of a night shift of course) down to St George so we can play down there while he works. That seems fair right?! So way back in March we took a quick trip to visit my family down in paradise.

We spend our days doing the best things, like swinging in grandma's hammock....

Eating a whole bunch of grapes....

And taking care of those cupcakes sitting on the counter.

We also take the opportunity to go on a double date with good friends down there.
This relationship is actually rather funny. Jesse knew her in college and somewhere along the lines her and I became great friends who text frequently about anything under the sun and get our kiddos together when we are down in St. George. It's awesome.

Plus it was free ice cream cone day at DQ.
Win. Win.

And then the boys and I spent basically every other waking moment with my sweet friend and her cutie and we just enjoyed the great outdoors going to parks and the sand dunes and just being outside in the warm weather.

I realize now that I didn't take any pictures with my family, but we did actually see them for a few minutes here and there too between work and school! haha. Such a fun mini vacation. We love this beautiful place!
