We had a special treat last weekend!
A visit from Grandpa Kevin!
And although this mama had a fun list of things to do, we spent the entire weekend looking like this.
Yep.
Two sick, snuggly, feverish, sleepy babies.
I was pretty sad about the whole situation, but I think Grandpa enjoyed his snuggles and movie watching.
And luckily I checked the mail last week because we had an invite to a NICU reunion on Saturday!
So we dragged our sickly babies off to a party, because it's always a treat to see the sweet nurses who took care of our itty bitty babies.
{Briggs in blue as per usual.}
They loved the sidewalk chalk!
Especially drawing over everyone else's pictures.
One of our favorite nurses, Michelle.
We didn't get a picture with Shahenna, because Ian might have started crying when she picked him up! haha.
{And Katy, we missed you! I don't know what you're thinking, trying to have your own life?!
Also, we had a heart to heart with Michelle and all agree you need a baby. Just so you know. :)}
Sunday was another mellow day filled with baby snuggles, Grandpa and the boys staying home from church and sleeping all afternoon, and a little Noah's tour for my dad.

{B has picked up on the whole "Smile" thing! haha.}

We really were a bit of a pathetic crew.

And by Monday, we were still looking like this! haha.
We thought we would go to the zoo, but when we changed the boys out of their pajamas, we noticed a rash all over both of them. Ugh. So we stayed a little closer to home and went to the park and got some ice cream instead.

Not exactly how I pictured our weekend going, but it was loads of fun to have my dad in town nonetheless! Thanks again for coming!
