Three Months of Alba

1. She's discovered her hands, can clasp them, and eats them constantly. She's found her thumb and sucks on that here and there as well.

2. She's even caught a glimpse of her toes.

3. She got her toenails painted for the first time.

4. She can roll from her back to her belly (first time was at 12 weeks.)

5. Now that she's a roller, she sleeps on her belly.

6. We swaddle her with her arms out, to prevent hindering that rolling.

7. She still smiles frequently and easily. She's one of the happiest babies around.

8. She's quite particular about how she likes her bottles. They must be very warm for her to take one.

9. She thinks she's so big and wants to sit up, gets up on her knees, and can even scoot forward a little bit.

10. She loves her curtains. She reaches for them, stares at them, and talks to them every time I change her.

I'm sure I'll say it every single month, but she's still the greatest thing that has happened to our family since the boys came. We are so blessed to have such a sweet baby in our family!

Two Months of Alba

{July}
1. Loves music of any kind and lights up anytime we sing to her or she hears music.

2. Smiles all the time.

3. Still doesn't take a binky. She has zero interest in sucking on one and instead will maybe chew on it for a minute before spitting it out. She does LOVE her hands though and sucks on them all the time.

4. Loves to be swaddled.

5. Gags on her multivitamin.

6. Loves to be walked around and rocked.

7. Loves to eat and is doing better with a bottle.

8. She's already filling out 3 month clothes and starting in on some 6 month clothes! I'm kind of dying inside at how quickly she's chubbing up because she feels so much older than she is!

9. She's very social and loves to be watching what is going on with everyone.

10. Loves bath time SO much!

At her 2 month appointment her stats were:
Weight: 13 lbs 12 oz (97th percentile)
Height: 22 in (32nd percentile)
OFC: 15.1 in (36th percentile)

She also was so sad when she got her shots. Her little bottom lip poked out and she burst into tears and I think her feelings were as hurt as her legs because she was not happy for a very long time. It was heartbreaking.

She thinks she's so big. She wants to sit up, look around, and be social all the time.

She's started being a little more pukey. This was the first time she covered the couch.

Her brothers are so great to bring her all sorts of toys and things to keep her entertained.

She is a snuggly little thing, particularly when she's tired.

We seriously cannot get enough of this cute, smiley, chubby, happy, baby. She is such a joy in our family!
